Nigeria Football Federation unveils World Cup jersey for Brazil 2014

The Nigerian Football Federation today February 27th unveiled a brand new jersey our national team would use during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. The jersey, which is lemon green, will be officially launched on March 5th when the Super Eagles meet Mexico in a pre-world cup friendly which will take place in Atlanta, Georgia.

According to the Head Marketing of the NFF, Adama Idris, the jersey was designed to suit the weather condition in Brazil. See more photos after the cut...

Pls they should tell us how much they spent on this jerseys, cause we are watching nigeria's pocket like a hawk. Any spending should be accounted for. Period

This jersey wowo no be small. I prefer the 1994 squad jersey. That jersey was terrific and it brought tremendous goodluck to the Super Eagles.

Anonymous said...

Bros show some knowledge please National Teams don't buy jerseys rather they are paid for the endorsement. The question is how much is Adidas paying Nigeria to use its brand? and not how much they spent

Anonymous said...

See Uzoenyi belle lmao

Super eagles 4 life!

Unknown said...

Nice one. I luv it

It's a sponsorship deal dummy, the country doesn't pay for the jerseys. Adidas pays Nigeria to wear their Jerseys at the World cup. Linda!!!! Where do u get these people from???

vaughn said...

Nobody was enriched! Jersey deals are done with the Sportswear makers and the country or club! Arsenal doesn't pay Nike for their jerseys, it's a sponsorship deal!!! Nigeria doesn't pay addidas, they actually pay us to wear their jersies, not the other way round
