bike on the pavement in the Charminster area of Bournemouth. Lewis pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to only four years for the crime last Friday. The sentence was too light for a life taken. It was an unprovoked violent act that led to the man's death. Manslaughter, yes, but just 4 years?
