Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin underwent emergency surgery on December 2. Shortly after surgery, she thanked everyone who was thinking and praying for her. Now it's been revealed through a close family friend that the 70year old singer has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer.

oops pancreatic cancer has one of the most horrible prognosis. not good not good *shaking head*.......hope she experiences a miracle or else its only matter of time............
