The building allegedly belongs to Speaker of the Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Edward Ubosi.
While addressing journalists, Commissioner for Capital Territory Development, Hon. Chidi Aroh, said the ministry will take full responsibility for the incident but revealed that they had earlier ordered for work to stop at the site as there was no form of approval given for the building...

Wawu! And considering the owner of the building, no one would be held responsible and the property won't be confiscated by government.

Explain to me. Is this not a private dwelling being built by private contractors in a private agreement with the house speaker? If yes, how come a state parastatal is taking full responsibility? Or is this the official home of the speaker that was being built?
shame Enugu State House of Assembly, Hon. Edward Ubos cutting corners. see the result, hahahaha
That ain't true or is not always the case.
Your comment will be visible after approval.
The house was probably constructed with poor building materials and the owner employed quack builder, architect and engineers.
