FYI today is my court marriage day i don't even remember or celebrate it ...my wedding anniversary has always been the white wedding day for me. Pls there is no such thing as "court marriage". That marriage is one conducted in the "Registry". A marriage can be conducted in 1) a church, 2) a marriage registry or 3) a licensed place.

very important question, and i asked myself the same question on my way to work yesterday while celebrating my 4th year wedding annivessary. i have never thought of even the traditional marriage date which i think is also important. the Church itself recognize the tradition/culture (Paying of the bride price).

To be honest I have asked myself the exact same question. But I guess its the white wedding because that's what the society really accepts.
