That is a lie. I had my secondary and university education in Benin city. To be precise, Idia College and Uniben. Throughout my stay in Benin, there was never any improvement in that state . Even after my graduation and I moved back to Lagos. Eso state was still terrible in terms of infrastructures, roads etc. when I went back about 5 years ago for a wedding, I saw a transformed Edo state. Kudos to the action governor Oshiomole. Igbinedion despite being borne with a silver spoon will always be a criminal.
