Paralysed activity in the city? 'okada' is the chief means of transport there? But the actions of their governor is definitely borderline extortion.

Linda, i don't understand your stories any more. you said in your story that okada riders are protesting against mimiko's order, but it is not the same report i saw online, they are protesting due to extortion by police men and are calling for justice. pls read the story again and then make some corrections.
Is it not FRSC that's in charge of Number plates? They should carry their protest elsewhere .
