Obviously this list is correct! The war in Syria caused Obama's downturn. He was going for an all-out war against Assad following the chemical weapons saga. But the surrender of the nuclear weapons by Syria which became a UNSC resolution was a Russian(Putin) proposal. Forbes is world-famous and doesn't just wake up to make such claims.
