If u have had a baby u WLd know that she looked very normal. I added 20kg and by the time I left the hospital I lost 10kg. My stomach was still as big as that. I live in London and it was an elderly Nigerian lady that saw me in 3 weeks and advised me to use hot towel to massage my body and while doing my lochia WLd be thick congealed blood.
