irresponsible bike riders..........if only they did what was ever right they would never have got the ban.
Poor them..
Lobatan oooo
Lobatan oooo
They aren't even happy he did not stop all of them totally like port-harcourt or abuja where Bikes aren't allowed....they are even taking the piss right now...
Hehehe. See their heads like helmets
Haha. 'Mba ana abalu agu'. Absolute waste of time by the okada riders IMHO.
as much as it seems unfair to riders who work to 'make ends meet'. its better off. i witnessed a gruesome accident of a rider and his passenger, a woman on d express opp vgc, dey skidded off unto the middle of the express, the okada guy immediately got up n ran off the road leaving the woman, who was suddenly hit right on the face as she looked up to get up, infact the vehicle carried the woman away. its adviceable to take okada for short distances. so yes thank you fashola for putting a ban on some major highway.
Idiots, like its not 4 their own good, when some state-Gov banned them did they go 2 gourt ( ppl believe that they can do anything they want in Gidi 'pls let's not make Lagos a lawless state.)
Lindiway putting into consideration a society like ours, they're fighting a lost battle, who owns the court? Who pays d judges? Let them save d little money left with them instead of hiring lawyers and going to court whose judgement won't be respected.~BONARIO~ says so via NOKIA3310.
they can take the government to court.the court will rule whether the law is not contradicting the constitution.remember obamacare was challenged in US supreme court
We knw trying to make ends meet is not easy, but being alive is hopeful.
LoL...Jokers!
Hehehehehehehe! Yeah right.
Dey don't ve work o! #rollingeyes#! Fashola 'll soon ban bikes den let's see how dey wud fight d ban. Afterall, we dint think we wud survive in PH now we don't even remember dey existed.
they need to start flogging them...
i think that gov.should leave them alone, there r some things we need to put right first, who can tel me in the west africa even in the whole world where they use to have hold up like lagos state, na him they wnt stop bike from plying in some major highways, bcos say dem de always pass us wit siren, na him make dem no knw wetin we dey pass thru for hold. Make dem leave our okada people for us, we dey enjoy am lyk dat
Okay. I have to say this is funny. :-) I wonder if they'll win...
Una no go thank God say dem no ban una frm operating in lagos state..
these okada riders are like bees!! buzzing around the street!! the govt shud ban them from the streets n everyone shud cab or use d bus
They shldn't waste their time cos I think the guy will surely win them. The gov has really tried for them cos these guys are too reckless and nid a mental test b4 they can ride okada. There are no bike in major state in Nigeria like Abuja and portharcourt
come! wat is thier problem by the way? life should go on na..they should just adjust cos change is only constant..
Lili , can you be specific on the highways !! Cause I can't imagine okada on 3rd mainland bridge , lagos-ibadan express, even lagos -Abeokuta express... Besides that!! Honestly speaking, okada have helped a lot in this busy state. And The Government Should Consider Them!
Mtcheeeeww! A ngba oromo diye lowo iku! Brf is trying to save your lives! Numbskull!pig heads!!
Next in line to sue the state government is the beggars association.
I know there must be a set of rules that lawyers are required to adhere to, in the course of practicing their profession. I am baffled that a lawyer would give the Association legal counsel to pursue such a course when the possibility of interpreting the law in their favour is nearly nil. How callous can the lawyers be? Have the lawyers deadened their conscience to the extent that they would ask these mostly proletariat class to actually contest a law which is for the common good? Does it not amount to collecting "blood money", if the lawyer(s) are paid for this (dis)service? Money which should instead, be used to create a revolving fund for the Association's members, considering their routes will be diminished and their income reduced? Please, it is high time the enlightened and the privileged of our society began to use such advantage to positively affect the people, not to extort them.
Well said Skipper Joe.....
Person wey carry God go court, who be d judge wey go judge d case........... Lolz
#Obarune
Lwkmd oooo
Warri Girl
How can u take the law itself to court****** a total waste of time.
Lwkmd ooooo.
Warri Girl.
wat r we even talking about here. how can dey tink d will win? d govt is trying to save their lives here and 4 d passengers as well. i tink der lawyers r really deceiving dem by collecting d lil cash d have and giving dem false hope.....
They can challenge the constitutionality of all or some parts of the law in court. if a part of new law contradicts with the constitution then it will not stand. that part will be knocked out. remember obamacare was challenged at supreme court even after Obama had signed it into law
@Skipper Joe, u are so on point. imagine okada riders suing a lagos state government?? ludricous i must say n shame on d lawyer (s) representing them. those miscreants ought to be grateful that Fashola has not sent them back to their villages. they have caused more harm than good n they are still causing it. lets see how it plays out. Fashola might vex n ban them totally sef. buh pls Fashola wait small till i buy my own car b4 u send them parking entirely.
the chairman of the association will end up making money for himself. I am sure all riders will be compeled to pay some amount to fund the case
They can all burn in hell. They are terrible people and since when did beggars become chosers, they should be grateful that the whole lot of them haven't been banned. Rotten okada fools.
They are not only joking,
but wasting their time and money!
Democrazy in action.....sorry Okada , no chsance
