Jarus

Trained in Nigeria and the UK, Jarus is more known for his social media enthusiasm. He is one of the most influential contributors to many internet platforms in Nigeria. He is the Chief Resource Officer of JarusHub, which he grew to become Nigeria’s most influential career issues website within 6 months of founding. Jarus, who started as a contributor to Nairaland, Africa’s largest online discussion forum, in 2007, has established himself as a thought leader in various issues in online Nigeria. He has been able to build a brand that now transcends him. He converted his passion for the internet into a venture, JARUSHUB, that is now worth millions of naira and with an office in Yaba, the startup capital of Nigeria, having full time employees.

Jarus, as one of the facilitators of this class, will be providing insights on how he turned his hobby into a multi-million Naira online-powered startup.

Abdulkabir Olatunji

If Jarus is the external face of JarusHub, Kabir is the internal engine room of the respected startup. Kabir is the General Manager (Strategy) at JarusHub and a well-respected Internet strategist that is responsible for the success of JarusHub in the last one year. Prior to joining JarusHub early this year, Kabir has contributed to the success of many ventures including a top niche magazine. He will expose you to different legitimate income earning opportunities available on the Internet regardless of your skills or talent.

Jacob Ajayi

Jacob is a digital marketing strategist with wide experience in digital marketing research, campaign performance analytics, and eConsumerism. With keen eye on growing audiences, engaging with customers and generating demand for clients. He has successfully designed and built search, social and creative digital strategies for some of the world’s biggest brands, including PG, MTN, Intel, Samsung and many more. He consulted for Konga.com and Dealdey.com (leading ecommerce companies in Nigeria) in their early days. He has also consulted for top websites like Nairaland and Linda Ikeji.

Jacob holds a bachelor’s degree from the prestigious University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos. Jacob is one of the very few self-made young Nigerians of this generation who never worked for anyone before partnering with like-minds to sell their digital marketing skills as top consultants – proceeds of which have got him property in a decent part of Lagos before 30.

He will be teaching Digital Marketing Strategy and related topics at the sessions.
