Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara says Former President Goodluck Jonathan had no confidence in the 2015 budget he sent to the National Assembly before leaving office in May. It is so unfortunate that those into whose hands we entrusted our collective mandate have lost focus and as such are taking so much of their time to defend what's not defendable and engaging in the blame game. The failures of the past can never be a bases for the future to be toiled with. The Hon. Speaker should not that we do not have luxury of time and that Nigerians want to see result as soon as possible, if Mr. PMB is not prepared or ready to lead he should make it clear.
