An educated northerner cannot be used for this type of thing. This is why everybody needs an education. Also, birth control comes in. If you cannot take care of children and train them, dont bring them into the world because they can easily be brainwashed and used by boko haram. I think we should make education compulsory and free in Nigeria

To all LIBers who always insult Islam when there is terror attacks, these is a Muslim procession that was attacked. Same religion. This is where you all should know that the doctrines that this terrorists are following is different. They are just thirsty for blood and other hidden motives. In the Quran, we are commanded not to take the life of anybody, whether a fellow Muslim, Christian or Jew. So I wonder which Quran they are claiming to follow, honestly. To the suicide bomber, whatever religion you follow, you are just a waste to humanity and Allah's judgement awaits you.
Why won't they be easily brainwashed. Most of them their parents just gave birth to them, left them to fend for themselves, no real education, no sense of purpose, poverty stricken and someone just recruits them and talks them into doing something with some sort of heavenly reward supposedly attached to it and probably shows them a bigger picture of things that ain't really there. Personally, i believe if special attention was given to those in the Northern part of the country when all these was still calm by provide adequate education, a reasonable sense of direction, good food and water...But i'm sure all they see is the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer and due to hunger and poverty they watch their siblings die by the day. These phase we are facing could have been avoided long ago if we didn't have selfish and corrupt people thinking about themselves alone now the innocent are suffering for it.
