This is getting worse by the day. Apparently, the govt seems not to want to do anything. Its really not affecting them.

Instead of Nigerians to trek for real life issues like Fuel, Electricity, Water and basic human needs they are trekking to congratulate a man that is going to be living in excess comfort for the next 4 years. Priorities, Nigeria, Priorities.

Love or Trust, Trust is much more important than Love. If someone loves me, it is more of that person’s business than mine.  But if the same person trusts me, it places a duty on me to live up to that trust. In other words, Trust challenges one to reciprocate; Love might not always do that.....what's that ISSUE that gives you sleepless night in your relationship? Its time you talk to someone.

Useless government. Government my foot.

Unknown said...

Parting gift from the Goodluck administration. Even more annoying is the bad light situation and the need for PMS to power generators . The only way forward is to pay off the marketers what's due to them and then remove fuel subsidy. Market forces of demand and supply can now dictate the selling price.

The government is more concerned with sacking and appappointing parastatals than with what the masses are going through.

Unknown said...

I swear this situation is horrible

Madam Linda, which kind talk be dis one? Are you encouraging black market business?

Unknown said...

Fuel now in lagos is like ah gold, its shameful.

Unknown said...

Dis is departing gifts dat GEJ gav us for not voting for him. Afterall while he was in office we didn't experience sth lik dis.

So all of u hav a taste of wht he has worked so hard to prevent us frm going thru while he served us faithfully.

On a serious note d cost of fuel@d black arket is even sth else, and I can't believe d exorbitant rate I bought fuel last nite when I didn't hav a choice. God help, and save us.

Lets brace ourselves, the months(about 24 months) will be lived by the grace of God.

The "hero" has ruined the country. His first shot at actual governance and we see the results.

The outgoing government is leaving a debt portfolio that will crumble any economy. The in coming government has its work cut out for them.even when the military ruled,Nigeria wasn't this broke as at the time they were forced to hand over power.

Please,if you know how to pray.PLEASE PRAY.This isn't about party affiliations,tribe,gender,religion.Hunger doesn't rely on all those to strike.Please I know what I'm talking about.Nigeria and Nigerians,PRAY!

Lagos is worse hit,and if d situation is not sorted out asap Lagos wil b sth else, andwe may as well b going on foot to ourvarious places of work.

I support u my brother. What does it take d government to pay oil marketers their money when national assembly budget is 150 billionnaira? It shows they don't care about us. They are after their pocket #payfuelsubsidy.

Anonymous said...

I hope u know that if subsidy is removed without full functionality of all our refineries d situation Wil b worse than what u r seeing now. Don't buy d excuses government is Makin up. If national assembly budget is 150 billionnaira, my brother, it doesn't take government Anything to pay subsidy afteral that money is made from oil sale. Subsidy is d only way a common Man in Nigeria gains from the government.
