When the Military said they don't have GMB's certificate, APC (Noise Makers) screamed that the military has been compromised. GMB by this address confirmed the position of the Army. He only assumed they have it. How will the Army be in possession of a document you did not give them? It was so reckless for him to assume and even deposed to an affidavit stating facts he is not sure of (This on its own is a crime)
