The Famous Grouse Invites Naija To Be Part Of Something Famous’

It is an unwritten tradition in British football that opposing managers exchange drinks following a match between their teams. On the 28^th of May, 2014, Gordon Strachan, the manager of the Scotland national football team, took this tradition to new heights, gifting Nigerian coach Stephen Keshi with a personalised bottle of The Famous Grouse, Scotland’s best-selling Scotch whisky, with the inscription – ‘The Famous Keshi’.

To celebrate this gesture of friendship, The Famous Grouse has launched a promotion which allows its Nigerian fans to create their very own personalized bottle of Scotch Whisky with their name on it. They’ll be giving away one personalized bottle every day, until July 13^th. Continue...
