58 year old Alabama pastor, Tyrone Banks (pictured above) has been arrested for allegedly raping the 13year old daughter of one of his family friends.
According to police report, Tyrone, who had gained the trust of the girl, drove her to a Hueytown church last month, and once there, the man used a key to get into the building and
raped the girl in the kitchen. He then drove the girl home,
where she immediately told her mother what had happened.
Tyrone was arrested on Friday and has been charged of rape by forcible compulsion and first-degree sodomy.
