And how exactly is he out of job for a year, abi he started his piloting career with air nigeria so it must end with air nigeria. He is a seasoned pilot and can never be out of work for a year. The truth is, Captin Ekeinde was never sacked. he was a pilot working with Arik, Yes! he was on his way to work (to fly that morning) and was held up in traffic; the scheduled flight was getting delayed because he was not yet at the airport. he was called several times while still stuck in traffic and was asked to park his car somewhere safe and possible take a bike while they send someone to come pick his car. he didn't. The flight was delayed and rescheduled, management got angry and suspended him. While he was on the supposed suspension, i guess he decided he was'nt going back to Arik.
Matter end, case dismissed!

MAKE ALL YOU NAY SAYERS DEY HERE DEY Yarn oh! I was an air hostess with air Nigeria and let me tell you, JIMOH Ibrahim was and is still owing the whole staff and air Nigeria associates money! He had not paid salaries for two months and all the staff( pilots, engineers,cabin attendants, ground staff even loaders) all downed tools. He started begging but because he's a confirmed liar and braggart, nobody agreed to fly! He gave an ultimatum and when he saw that everyone stood their ground, he decided to according to him, fire " THE ENTIRE COMPANY STAFF" who does that? It was about time anyway as after the Dana crash? Govt has hard on the company and pilots were hard on him for safety rules.
CAPT EKEINDE IS ONE OF OUR MOST EXPERIENCED CAPTS AND ACTUALLY THE MOST RESPECTED. He earns a lot of money so this can never affect him infact,pilots are never out of jobs as they are very few and it's a highly skilled job so I'm sure he has wayyyyyyyyy better offers by Now.
