How do you ask your staff to kneel though? (photo)
Found this on Facebook. Some people can be so backward sha! How do you ask a grown woman who works for you to kneel because of something she did? This is so offensive...
Its the woman I blame for kneeling down. Clearly, she doesn't know her rights (illiteracy). The employer/manager (or whoever he is) is just another OKORO!!
When you give staff instructions and they are not carried out you tell then 1ce turns into 2ice. What will b your conclution since the guy doesn't have the heart to fire them then u teach a sturborn child how to obey since talking to the child doesn't help.. Spare the rod spoil the child logic if she really needed the job she would have obeyed instructions

OMG!!!! this is wickedness and employee violation the manager should be punished under the law. Please our president you're doing a great work please look into all these private establishment they Mal-treat their staff a lot. A case study is Arik Air up till now the airline has not paid it's staff may, June, July and August salary and today is the beginning of a new month September even tax and pension are all deducted from their salaries but not remitted to their fund or FIRS no Arik staff has a tax clearance e-card. You can see the regulatory bodies in the airport are not doing their work they've all been compromise NCAA you need to change the management of this body. Sir if you don't look into this critically a very big disaster will occur all Arik management say on tv are all lies why won't the cabin crew caught in London push hard drugs or the catering staff assist in getting those drugs into the aircraft when no salary for over four months how do they want the family men to survive in this harsh environment, the owner of Arik air calls himself a christian but he his doing the opposite anti-Christ like i pity Arik staff. Sir Arumemi Johnson change and you have a wife that sees all this GOD help us. Please Linda publish this cause this is the medium i can reach GMB my presido to take action on all this private organization.

Check it out...any hotel you go to (reasonable hotel o), you will never catch staff using the front door except top management, bell boys and front desk officers. You shouldn't see them unless you request for their service like room service, laundry, etc. Anywhere in the world, that's how it is. Then one anon stated that that was how Fayose treated his staff badly. Did you read the article at all?? The staff came late to work! For him to have waited for them to show up late, it means he had been receiving complaints about lateness. I'm not a Fayose fan...in fact I dislike him very much but I cheered him on this one. They were the ones rolling on the floor, begging him to forgive them after he gave them the sack. If you run a biz, you will know how frustrating it is working with Nigerians. They are lazy, yet they want their pay.
Some people think with their anus! Was it the governor of Ekiti that ORDERED people to roll on the floor? huh? The people of Ekiti did that willingly as it's cultural/typical of the yoruba folks especially when greeting chiefs and prominent people. The lady here knelt against her will. Now, that's the difference! The wonderful people of Ekiti did it out of respect, the lady here is simply being humiliated.
