Boko Haram’s solar panels destroyed by Nigerian Air Force jets

The Nigerian Air Force says it has destroyed some solar panel jets owned by Boko Haram in Gamboru-Ngala in Borno state. A statement signed by Air Commodore Dele Alonge, Director of Air Force Public Relations said the solar panels were used to generate electricity for the sect members in Sambuisa forest
"The targets, which include solar panels believed to be used by the sect for generating electricity within the Sambisa forest, were hit during the recent take-over of Gamboru-Ngala by own troops.”

Solar panel? This shows BH is a parade of educated fools & cowards. It shows that illiteracy isn't just the main reason why people are brainwashed enmasse. There's more to it than meets the eye.Jazz, force, religion are other may be other motivations.
Thank God for the recent successes of our Khaki boys!

We need photos as evidence not just words....

Those panel could have put to other use instead of destroying them.
I think nigeria should start thinking of harnessing the good use of items like this rather than destroying them.

Good, but haven't anyone noticed that anytime Nigerian troops strike, we only hear like 7 or 10 boko members dead and some of their facilities destroyed but when we hear about a boko strike, d casualties are usually enormous. Though, our troops' plan to gradually dislodge their logistics is apt but then d lives boko haram claims is alarming. It will be well

When you destroy a solar panel, isn't it possible to re-erect another one? The mere sight of a solar panel justifies the presence of the insurgent group. I would expect that boots be on the ground to comb that entire area trace their meeting point.

That forest is a small one. I thought they have grounded it already. Keep it up

Important!  Do this tonight if you care about your brain

Look at terrorists going green. Now who sold and installed these panels in the forest? That's my question

Cool Story,... but we could also have captured those resources instead of destroying them. Nigeria is already lacking in power supply n we still destroy the ones we find?
