This is not a good omen atall, no doubt there will be palpable tension of an imminent retaliatory attack by the Hausa community.
I hope those who perpetuated this act are apprehended and brought to book.

All these APC people creating tension in ekiti under d guise of kipnapps and now attacks of hausas, nemesis ll catch up with you soon..They dont want you but you insist on making the state ungovernable for fayose, you cant force people to accept you and your actions only make selling your party more difficult in that state. And may karma visit anybody who attacks me on this.May you have a perpetual enemy that ll continue to work against your progress.Una wan turn naija to one party system but una no go succeed.

Whatever motive they did it for, can't justify

The hausas may want to retaliate now, which will now cause more trouble.

Unknown said...

Unknown said...

Fayose is behind this stupid act.. they committed the atrocity because of the president elect Buhari being a Hausa man and they decided to pour their anger and frustration on other Hausa in their state. God pass them sha only God knows when they will learn and understand that Violent is not the solution or answer.smh

This is totally absurd and terrible. I can't even start to use words to describe how irritating this is.. only in our country Nigeria will this happen with our tribalistic self. A citizen of a country is allowed to live and trade anywhere in the country so a Nigerian regardless of their state of origin (which I think should be scrapped) or tribe should not be threatened in their own country. It's so annoying.

This attack is senseless.
Those people attacked, are they the APC leaders that have sworn that Ekiti state will not have peace under Fayose?

Eyah! Please let there be peace in our nation, we don't need to fight or retaliate .

APC and their dirty brand of politics. They did this because the hausa community are supporters of fayose

warriboy said...

It could be attributed to tribalism, but i thought yorubas and housas are good friends, they better keep loving themselves oo, cause the two tribe will make nigeria by the time biafra has left nigeria

When you given a dose of your own medicine. It is unfortunate that Nigerians are now open to unprovoked attacks but that has become our way of life and it is threatening the fabrics of the unity of this country.

Hausas, these are igbos trying to sabotage or relationship, we are brothers, don't let them use under handed tactics to undermine peace.

Anonymous said...

Fayose doesn't have sense o. If he drives hausas away from Ekiti, na him people go suffer. Where will they get tomatoes, pepper, onions and other food stuff? Ekiti people don't like to farm, and they're always quarrelling with neighbours.

Anonymous said...

why the attack? hausas and yorubas are friends... more than brothers.

This is exactly what those who committed this act are hoping uneducated Nigerians like u will think. What does Fayose hope to gain? Buhari's favor or distrust? Is he not a governor under d man? Dnt like Fayose but plssss, he ddnt commit this act.

Why are people scared of this Hausa/Fulani guys? When they kill people, we hardly hear them immediately condemn the incidence. If not for the food we buy from them, I'll support more of those attacks, after all, they weren't killed.
