There is no need to sign it. it wasnt a free and fair election . Most northern part of the country did not used PVC authentication. then lots of under aged voters in the north , where we had terror ,killings and displaced people had more votes than the peaceful states in the south is absolutely shocking. The PVC distribution was skewed to the north. if not for the extension PDP wouldn't have even gotten any where.
