Niger Delta militants blow up pipeline in Delta state

A Niger Delta militant group identified as Urhobo Gbagbako, has blown up the NPDC Oil pipelines at Ighrenene, Afiesere and Ekiugbo communities in Delta State. In an email sent to reporters claiming responsibility for the bombing which occurred yesterday April 2nd, the spokesperson of the group, Priest Omodjuvwu, said the group, which consist of ex-militants, men, women & children of Urhobo origin, decided to blow up the oil pipeline following the continued neglect of the Urhobo militants in the pipelines protection contracts offered to ex-militants from other ethnic groups.

Spokesperson of the militant group, Mr Omdjuvwu said they decided to blow up the pipeline to draw government attention and demand to be included in the pipeline protection contracts.
"We have now resumed attack on the NPDC pipeline facilities on a massive scale, which scale of bombings shall be unprecedented,” the email read.

Are u not stupid? causing all that trouble will only affect u and your family n your people! Buhari will still receive his salary every month.. his children will still be enjoying.
All these militants pretending to fight for their people when they are actually fighting for their selfish reasons.
Better be careful because when u point one finger at someone. .. 9 fingers are pointing at you. Thies who live in glass houses don't throw stones... it might just hit your mother!

Tit for tat huh... u think they are fighting for a noble cause? Think again.
when two elephants fight the grass suffers. Boko haram never killed any of our govt officials children our their family.. it is the average man striving for his daily bread that suffered the most.

Idiot! Better pray cos it u the poor man that will suffer from their actions. The politicians will still be enjoying other forms of revenue asides from oil money.

To quote a nigerian musician " the lion fit dey sleep no be say e no get liver. I'm not weaker m just wiser" ....... I always knew this creek boys will loom again. Yar adua was a wise man. Al those praising the no nonsense buhari. Lets see him exercise his might over wisdom. Lets see him use his desert soldiers locate hideouts in the creeks that even d navy cant find. I always thought gej was too suportive of corruption. And too slow with the boko boys. But now i realise his tortoise sense o. He stayed the southerners from retaliating wen bh finished their loved ones. Now he isnt comander in chief again and has no power over them again. All he can do is apeal to them fruitlesly d same way d northern fathers apealed to bh fruitlesly!!!!! Meanwhile d ibos are d southerners are not vampires. They will never intentionaly draw the blood of a kinsmn unles the kinsman is a sell out. So gmb i look foward to u cleaning out d country n returning sanity. But i also want to see if u at least hav d wisdom of a leader or d general in u will return. U nid all d wisdom now. Welcome to Nigeria in the new post 80s dispensation GMB

Its good dat after expatriates n hausas d next ppl that d militants come after is d yorubas. 2 faced cowards. Always tilting to where the power is then selling out. At least hausas have liver n fight for what they want. Same with southerners. But yoruba can u ever take a stance. There are some very good yorubas who rock. Good people i love but the generality u idiotic proud yoruba woman includef are cowards. Always go where d grass is green ewu nama.

B speaking english. When the chips are down you better have a valid pasport to take you and family out of nigeria o. Let them send d desert operating boko boys that even the nigeria navy cant find lets c. Do u know how many gun boats these boys hav collected from navy. If u no sabi something no talk. Plus all d old monies n generals sponsorinh bh will soon die of old age. Their children are not interested. So if niger delta cuts oil flow to the north. The present tempo of bh sponsorship cant be kept up. Btw do u know that these guys refine their own crude in their back yards. Simply improve the refining technology n den u dont nid to pipeline oil to the north. Plus should oil fail us God has blesd southerners with brains. Pls tell me what d hausas hav invented other than the technology of blowing up self in an atempt to pass a mesage from the graves. Gej dint spoil d country. He is not interested in second term. He has done what he was sent to do. D only thing hausas are good for is killing demselves. Dats y they are in our army. They hav number so send dem of to syria. Sudan etc. Meanwhile i realy pray that the wisdom that comes with age at least helps Gmb through his tenure. He needs our prayers. God who put him there by hook crook under aged or chicken n goat votes knowd best. So i pray he yields himself to divine guidance. Nigeria isnt easy to rule. Ask Gej

Thank God the oil is fast becoming valueless. Very soon the oil will dry completely. Then, they can blow up all the empty pipelines.

That peace the North refused to give Jonathan during his tenure, the North will have double fold. Abi na to make Naija "ungovernable"? Make we sidon dey watch..
Our prayers should be that if ever there is a succession, everybody should secede in peace, no war. And go their different ways and develop at their own pace.
Maybe in the future we can come together again..
