After spending five days in captivity, one of the sons of Oyo state billionaire Arisekola Alao, Saheed Alao, has been released by his kidnappers. Reports claim the family paid his kidnappers 50 million naira for his release.

I doubt if the kidnappers were paid that much. Where will the money come from? Alao Arisekola would not be able to raise such money. Forget about the money he mnade during IBB or Abacha era. Inflation must have reduced his worth. We know that he makes money by franternizing with govt. in power. But I don't think GEJ reckon with him. If it is true that the kidnappers were paid such money. Then I am going to resign my appointment with my organisation on Monday and take to kidnapping.
