Confirming their arrest, the AIG, zone 5 in Edo state, Abubakar Adamu, described the conduct of the policemen as unprofessional and does not in anyway depict the ethics and core values of the Nigeria Police Force. He said the police has started an investigation into the matter and that the police officers will be punished if the are found guilty. Watch the video below...

These idiotic and unprofessional police officers should be summarily dismissed. Thereafter, they should be made to face the wrath of the law. Even an armed robber can't be treated this way. This is because he is innocent until proven otherwise by the law court. My heart is boiling and I hope the NPF will do the needful.

Why not suspend the concerned officers pending when the matter is decided by a competent court?
