Okowa and Igbuya who stole the entire state allocations ate still cruising around freely.. Sapele is still in extreme poverty.... This kind of beating is meant for those political thieves, but as we know, poverty and illiteracy has caused these sets of Orangutans to become ignorant of whom the REAL THIEVES ARE in the state....
