The fibre speed boat driver thereafter reported the incident at Badagry Police station. The Lagos state police command is already investigating the matter.

Silly mistake ppl take dat takes ones life. D canoe has no light n dey still took it, it's already dark n dey hv a little baby with dem.. d idiot dat paddled d canoe survives probably Bcos he can swim... now leaving a family lifeless. May dere souls rest in peace.
