Its 4 actually, cos looking at the cloth for u to be able to see the background through the holes created its means its was torn from the front and the back, but if u wanna include holes in the neck and hand region i think the answer will be 7 holes all together

Ideally, it could be prove as 4 holes only (two in front and two at the back by looking at the torn areas)
