This man did not break the wall to steal food but carted away a size 49 LCD bcos he either want to watch premier league or to show some girls he has arrived. What the hell has recession got to do with an old time thief. Breaking the wall means he has not started stealing today but many years ago. They should punish him very well, but don't kill him oh.
