Police say they were called to the Vazquez-Hernandez's home by the infant's father on May 29th about a child who may have ingested nail polish remover. Investigators who spoke with the victim's father, reportedly said that he had tried to feed his daughter milk in a bottle but that she immediately spat it out.
He said the child started acting funny so he immediately took his daughter to the hospital where several tests were performed on here but all tests performed there came back normal.
Investigators say that at some point earlier in the day the Vazquez-Hernandez allegedly added approximately one-inch of nail polish remover to her stepdaughter's baby bottle.
A judge set her bail at $250,000 on Tuesday.

At least she didn't break her limbs and cut of her tongue and private. Baby will be treated for poison. The woman will be punished and the relationship with the man is over. Lesson learned baby is alive. Nigerian own worst.
