The driver of the Mercedes Benz that rammed into the governor’s car, Mr Osita Nnewuihe, was given N200, 000 yesterday by Okorocha to repair his damaged car. Mr Nnewuihe had been arrested and detained by the police for about a week before he was released on the governor's orders.

So he travels abroad for treatment. Plane fare first class obviously, first class private hospital care + dash money to poor bewildered driver. All that cash could have been put into a local hospital for upgrades to treat Minor injuries for everyone dat needs treatment. Common sense .
