@Bee....citizenship is VERY different from having a visiting visa like i'm sure Flavor has. You are very limited with just a visa. Certain benefits(health benefits, living/monitary assistance, food stamps etc), loans, credit cards, etc are limited to citizens alone. Not to mention, if u are convicted of a crime for instance, a citizen will never be deported...but someone with a visa or green card could be deported. U are not allowed to contest for any political position, cant get certain jobs or grants, scholarships, mortgate and other countless perks. So yea, its kind of a big deal around here.

Certain benefits(health benefits, living/monitary assistance, food stamps etc), loans, credit cards, etc are limited to citizens alone. Not to mention, if u are convicted of a crime for instance, a citizen will never be deported...but someone with a visa or green card could be deported. U are not allowed to contest for any political position, cant get certain jobs or grants, scholarships, mortgate and other countless perks. So yea, its kind of a big deal around here.
