They said they don't have to perform with international artistes does not imply that they will not. People kept questioning them why they don't perform with international acts , and they said they don't need them to become famous. That does not mean they will not perform with them when things are right!!
Sayin that they don't need 2 perform with international artistes is like a woman saying she doesn't need a man, not asif she will never have one but meaning she can be independent. I think that was What psquare meant by that statement. Akon is west african btw
Reading some of the comments posted about them doing collaboration or not is dissapointing to say the least. If I am correct, what they said at the press conference they had in London during the Carnival period was that collaboration must be of mutual benefit/symbiotic. So for them to now be collaborating with Akon means that, they are getting something from Akon and Akon is getting something from them. Please lets value ourself bf asking others to appreciate us. How you carry yourself and the way you conduct yourself will determine how people appreciate, value, respect, etc. Lets look at this positively and say congrats to P-square and to Naija and Africa music in general. Congratulations boys. I don't know them and I have never been to any of their concerts but I must appreciate something good when I see one.
