Former INEC Chairman Abel Guobadia dies at 79

Former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (2000 - 2005 ), Dr Abel Guobadia, has died. He died today from complications from prostate cancer. 

He was 79years old. May his soul rest in peace..amen.

omg he's my uncle he was just at my cousins wedding in atlanta in june of 10 thats so crazy.
