George and Amal Clooney dine out on first break since they welcomed their twins

George and Amal have not been seen out since they became parents, except when they were spotted boarding an aircraft. But the new parents changed all that as they enjoyed dinner with friends in Lake Como, northern Italy...



The Hollywood star, 56, and his 39-year-old human rights lawyer wife seemed to be in high spirits as they made their way inside Cernobbio restaurant Il Gatto Nero, which is understood to be one of George’s favourite Italian eateries.
