Man is killed during freak parasailing accident after they forgot to strap him in

All Roger John Hussey wanted was to have a good time, sadly it led to his death. The 71-year-old Australian businessman had gone parasailing in Phuket, Thailand when a freak accident led to his death. His final moment was captured on camera and has been shared online.

As can be seen in the video, it appears the crew members forgot to fasten the straps between his legs and this caused him to fall to his death while parasailing. Watch the video below.
