Five persons were confirmed dead; three female adults, two children and one male, while five others were injured in a multiple auto crash which occurred Suday around 6.10 pm on the 3rd Mainland bridge inward Iyana Oworo by UNILAG Water front.The accident involved 3 vehicles which included a Lag bus, Hilux truck belonging to a local vigilante group and a Rover jeep. The injured persons were taken by LASAMBUS to the Trauma Centre.
The dead bodies have been deposited at the Mainland Hospital Mortuary. LASTMA, FRSC, Nigerian Police, RRS are at the scene. The LASEMA Response Unit recovered the vehicles.

Something has to be done on the 3rd mainland bridge, is like there are some marine spirit control and seeking blood on that bridge... No week, you won't hear of accident causing death..... I'm always scared whenever i'm taking that bridge
channel your advice to Lagbus Drivers, they drive like mad men, mainly on 3mb.
