Izzy Parts enters Nigerian auto market

Izzy Parts has launched into the Nigerian market with the primary goal to offer vehicle owners craving quality and affordable auto spare parts, with the unveiling of its domain name www.izzyparts.com in Lagos. Headquartered in the US, Izzy Parts is an online auto parts marketplace that allows African consumers to access high quality products from several original parts manufacturers around the globe.
With the launch of the online spare parts platform, it is expected that the challenges previously faced by vehicle owners in procuring genuine spare parts in the country will be eliminated completely.
Speaking at the unveiling of Izzy Parts in Lagos, the Head of Media & Communications, Collins Udeme in his presentation said the concept of creating an online auto marketplace was born of the company’s desire to bridge the gap between manufacturers of genuine automobile spare parts and the end users in Nigeria.

Udeme who said that Izzy Parts entered Nigeria to improve the after-sales services in the country through sales of genuine auto spare parts sourced from reputable auto firms in US, added that the company has already built a catalog of over 550,000 auto parts and accessory items from a variety of the industry’s top brands; offering high-quality products at a favorably discounted rates with Warranty.

“Currently, the Izzy Parts retail platform (www.izzyparts.com) is developed, tested, operational and available for market introduction. Purchases can be made with any of the major payment-processors. Our delivery is top quality as we are in partnership with Fedex and Bongo international”, the media head hinted.

Explaining why there are substandard auto spare parts in the country, Udeme said “We have done our research and come to the conclusion that, ubiquity, affordability & a lack of alternatives, are what create a market for sub-par spare parts. We therefore aim to fill this void as a way of discouraging the menace of fake spare parts in the country.”

He added “Overall, it’s Izzy Parts’ goal to sustain growing sales yearly; becoming the leading auto parts platform throughout Nigeria and neighboring countries. To meet this goal, Izzy Parts seeks to build a successful auto parts pipeline by implementing logistics between two Company warehouses (The US & Nigeria). These warehouses would have been built by December 2018.”

According to Udeme, Izzy Parts will, during its operations, transact business ethically and professionally, holding its representatives to a high standard of operational excellence and unmatched customer service.

He reiterated Izzy Parts commitment to become the leading distributor of auto parts throughout the region by providing a consistently positive customer experience, guaranteed quality products with Warrantees, sound logistics and swift out-the-door delivery.

On the new auto policy of encouraging local manufacturing, Udeme pointed out that Izzy Parts has plans to key into the new auto policy and is ever ready to act as middleman for local manufacturers of spare parts and the Nigerian populace when the time comes.

Commending the efforts put in place by Standard Organisations of Nigeria (SON) in terms of equipment upgrade to check substandard products across the country, Udeme pledged that Izzy Parts is ready to cooperate and partner with other government agencies that regulate the automobile marketing subsector.

Izzy Parts Limited is the provider of new, authentic and well-priced auto parts, sourced and imported from the United States. With a vast supplier network and distribution centers located in both Houston (US) and Nigeria (Africa), Izzy Parts has the capacity and logistics to import auto parts of any type, directly from market-leading original equipment manufacturers.

The domain launch attracted key players in the Nigerian automobile sector, captains of industry, media, mechanics, auto dealers, and other stakeholders in the industry.

Something looks strange...
Everyone wants to be on the "high table"
This indicates there is likely to be leadership issue.
..at least they should have arranged for a longer table and maybe bigger banner.
