The first thing to do is to devise a strategy to hold on to a principle, namely how to facilitate consumers in doing business with the company. Please note, that the konsumenlah that will be the source of the company's revenue because it is they who will consume the product or service being offered. The company must ensure that the way of doing business that offered no hassle or menyilitkan them, otherwise it makes it easier for them in getting the required product or service. The easiest way to start building trading strategies through cyberspace, namely by means of Empath, which is thought as a consumer.
