If u don't look feel too hot or uncomfortable in the evening y not? Tight, stockings etc are not just for cold in fact in during proper winter, u think that thin stuff she's wearing will protect u? Lol... The winter ones are obviously thicker, even in d spring n summer evenings some people may wear this to stop their outfit from looking over the top, in d uk here some offices make it compulsory for women to wear them whether winter or summer
