She looks absolutely beautiful and comes across like a star of note. She is really doing her best to push herself upwards into the international setting but not as an actress but as a noted personality and it makes sense because once the image makers start recognizing her face in that upper echelon soon the offers start to roll into her court. Because her business is one of who knows who, where have you been seen and with whom etc. Smart strategy, Gen.
Anyway, I hope this is not the equivalent of Omotola being at the Grammy's. Yes, she was there but was she truly in the mix with any of the nominees or winners and invited guests, I would say no because all her pictures were with those who brought her there and none with any of the noted musicians/actors etc. SAME thing here, Genevieve was at a party sponsored for/by D & G, sure but where are her pictures with Queen Latifah, Naomi Campbell, Kelly Osbourne, Alexander Burke, Solange Knowles? Sure, she has a picture with one member of the D & G team but anyone can tap a person on the shoulder and say can I take a picture with you especially a gorgeous lady. I want to know where are the pictures of her sitting at their table in the VIP section? Because all I've seen are pictures of her with her buddies and probably a few fans who recognized her there. You better believe if she was truly in the mix, we wouldn't see THESE pictures, there would be an OVERKILL of pictures of her with QL, Solange and the other celebs that were in the house.
Yet and still, kudos girl. Keep working that strategy, it might land you a role of Desperate Housewives before it goes off the air.

Don't know how Arik got here but erhhh Sola, who wants to fly Arik to London? abeg ma peeps no go oh and please take the no go and run with it. Arik operates the worst airline service in Nigeria. Kai, the worst flight experience I ever had on 12/23/2008 where a person stood on an Arik flight from Lagos to PH.First, two flights were merged and the sitting arrangement was altered;the pilot took off without informing the Flight attendants in the midst of safety demostration, his reason being that it was getting dark& runway lights were faulty at the time in ph. It was crazy. Abeg nobody should come here to advertise those flying coffins with horrible customer service on top.
Back to the issue @ hand, isnt that Alexander burke in the purple dress? anyways, i think genny has done well for herself, not for attending this party and taking this pic with dolce; gal anybody can do that, all you need to do is to tell them your depends on it and they'll save it lol or crash the party and feel among! lol :). @Sola, more like you are using every avenue to promote you employer Arik Air. I am a frequent flier and the services of Arik can not be compared with Aero for the routes they fly; forget Aero do not go to London. Arik to London is hell and I wouldn't advice ANYONE to try it.
