Depression is something we should really take time to deal with in our communities, schools, churches, hospitals, etc. We need to open confidential outlets with competent counsellors and psychologists/psychiatrists whom people suffering from depression can talk to. Please don't be taking some posts on social media as joke, the guy has been posting different tthings on his social Media, like I am God, bye to this world, the fuck in galaxies await me and so on, and people have been taking it for joke. No matter how the condition may be, it doesn't warrant committing suicide! Please always check on old folks, perhaps your caring /motivation message can save a life.
