At least 10 people have been killedand 30 people injured, including children, in an explosion at a metro station in St Petersburg, the second biggest state in Russia. The explosion ripped through a passenger

False flag, Putin trying to quell protests in Russia that have been going on for over a week. He will use this to increase security and consolidate power, just as Assad as done.
