43-yr-old father throws alcohol-fueled party for his daughter's high school friends, rapes 1 of them multiple times

A 43-year-old man, Ben Richard Aguilar, threw an alcohol-fueled party for his underage daughter and sexually assaulted one of her teenage friends, multiple times. According to reports, the 15-year-old girl who may not have been aware of what was happening, because she was drunk, was raped by Aguilar.
Aguilar later confessed to detectives that he recorded the rape on his cellphone and took nude photos of the victim but deleted the files.

Police have since charged him with criminal sexual penetration in the second degree and contributing to the delinquency of a minor (after admitting to have purchased alcohol for the high school teens).

His ex wife and mother of his daughter, Shannon Everett, also testified about his past sexual tendencies after he appeared in court.

'When we first got together I was 15 and he had told me he was 18 and I found out a couple months later that he was actually 25,' she said.

Their daughter lived with Rob before his arrest and is now in the custody of child protective services.
