Question of the day: Do you think Nigerian celebs need bodyguards?
Don Jazzy, Wizkid, Davido, Iyanya, Terry G and a few other Nigerian celebs all have bodyguards. I thought they should definitely have bodyguards until I heard an argument yesterday. Some people think it's absolutely unnecessary. What do you think?
PLEASE the way wizkid is mobbed when he's in public he needs it before he is crushed to death....its not about someone killing them its preventing being hugged to death
I think they need it in ds kind of environment we live in,where we have thugs,they can rough handle them,steal from them and even harrass them,imagine cossy going out without bodyguard,they can strip her naked,rape her or even stone her to death!
its good dey have body guards, cos it'll provide jobs for people. You can imagine those body guards witout jobs, dey can do more dan molest people around dem all d time.
I feel it cums wit d growing rate of ur success,achievements,etc. It's a tin of d mind, every high earning celebrity reaches dt point where dey feel dey av enemies or shud av. Any which, it's a personal decision, not a copycat tin. #jst ma opinion#

Its not about shooting, but when you're attacked which is more likely and often if you're a celeb, its neccessary to always have people around you capable of protecting you. Simple.

Having a bodyguard doesn't guarantee ur safety. It is very unecessary,why becos,anyone who wnts to harm u wil first of get ur bodyguards out of d way b4 they get. Its very important they have body guard, cos some fans can be so nasty, holding them,robbing them some could even tear their clothes... Body guard or security guard always prevent that.. Have seen cases like that just saturday @ the Esama of Benin (Igbinedion) birthday.. Jaywon, Chuddy K and Slizzy E was almost robbed by fans rushing them if not for the security guards and bouncers that was there...
It is 100% necessary. Ive seen when celebrities pass through. And evem with guards they literally get ATTACKED. And harrased for money and sometimes even roughed up a little.

Its very important they have body guard, cos some fans can be so nasty, holding them,robbing them some could even tear their clothes... Body guard or security guard always prevent that.. Have seen cases like that just saturday @ the Esama of Benin (Igbinedion) birthday.. Jaywon, Chuddy K and Slizzy E was almost robbed by fans rushing them if not for the security guards and bouncers that was there...
