Actor Shia LaBeouf who was arrested last weekend for being drunk went HAM on a Black police officer at the Savannah Police Dept. LaBeouf told the black officer that he would go to hell because he is black. In a newly released video by TMZ, while Shia was being fingerprinted by a white police officer, he looked at the black officer and said, "You're going to hell, straight to hell, bro." Then the white officer interfered and asked LaBeouf why the officer would go to hell. LaBeouf responded:  Because he is a Black man ... "That doesn't mean he's going to hell."
