"One thing I want you to know when you grow up is that I fought for you" - Rahma Indimi's emotional message to one of her daughters separated from her

LIB exclusively revealed in 2016 that Mohammed Babangida, and his ex wife Yakolo 'Rahma' were in a battle for the custody of their children. Mohammad was said to have initiated the custody battle even though two of their four kids are with him, while the other two are in Rahma's custody. In an emotional birthday message shared via Instagram, Rahma wrote an open letter to one of her daughters separated from her, telling the girl that she fought for her custody and will keep fighting to reunite with her. She wrote;
"I can't believe it is almost a year that I have not set eyes on you, my baby all grown up and beautiful. It breaks my heart that I'm not there for your birthday and it even breaks my heart that I can't whisper Happy birthday to you, nor can I hear your sweet voice. You are my love, my soul, my life and my being. I will always be your mother no matter what. You will always be in my heart. My prayer is that one day Allah will reunite us and we will be together. I love you and happy birthday to you my love. May Allah always protect you and may he give you Iman to be a better person. I wish you all the best things life can offer. It hurts that we are not together but I won't quit fighting for you❤️I may win, I may not win, but one thing I want you to know when you grow up is that I FOUGHT for you😒 May Allah give us strength. Ameen"

The way you feel is how a man fees when you take custody of his children and claim to be in a position to take better care of them. So women are so heartless that they take custody of your children and use it to hunt you emotionally. It hurts when you can't be with your children. Since you're with some of them, why can't you be happy? This is what all men that are separated from their children pass through every day. You don't want to make any sacrifice to ensure these kids grow in a balanced environment where a father and mother resides. You should know that custody issues is so emotional and life threatening. A man sees it as a battle between life and death.

This is so painful to read.
My God!
How does she cope?
It's easier for men to move on with their lives without their children...
That's one of the reasons why mothers should have custody of their children.
Also, men rareky have the time to care for these ones... Always busy with business.
If you check, that child is being cared for by an employed nanny....
But where it been she was in her mum's custody, it won't be so.
Now being left with an employed nanny is dangerous... Look at how Child Abuse has skyrocketed...
Both sexual, physical, emotional....
This is painful...
Rahma dear..struggle to stay alive you hear.
That child is yours and will seek you out soon.
Just stay alive.
Arrrghh.. This is painful.

I'm a mother, I feel her pain. The father would feel the pain too if his children are taken from him too. Divorce is not always nice.

What are there fathers doing Indimi and Babaginda Snr - They are fighting for custody of children who will one day grow up and leave home scarred - even with all their wealth, wisdom is amiss.

Why fighting for custody when there can be visitation rights. God help their children, they will feel their parents divorce more. The rich also cry!

I think relevant organizations should come and fight with this woman. Let's leave sentiments aside, let's forget they are the ones with the money. This is a woman being haunted by society patriarchy. Divorce shouldn't be denial of one's access to their own children. Good mothers and fathers should never be denied access to their own children.

I will never cease to be amazed at the wickedness of human beings. This ostrich weeping is not it, she is a wicked woman, Moha tried to even have 4 kids with her. So proud as if she will never die...either her father never trained her well or she imbibed bad behaivior from her mother. Humilty with great wealth is godly.

Anon 5:54 is a very wise person even though I don't agree that the woman should be content with being with only 2 of her 4 babies. They are all her children, families should not be torn apart. We all read about the man that killed his children and himself because of custody battle. A man wants to feel close to his babies same way a woman wants. Anon :54 is correct to say it as it is. Nobody should be torn away from his/her child,his/ her blood. Rahman and Babangida should think harder about this custody thing and get their family united even if they don't want to be with each other again, just make the kids accessible to both mother and father. The love between a parent and child runs too deep for anybody to want to cut. It is anger, vengeance and other negative feelings that get in the way and in a bid to hurt each other, couples drag and fight custody battle and when one kills the children and him or herself everybody wake up and regret.

Linda you need to be preparing a give_away to the best family-oriented and even good hearted commentators in your blog, I will win that price you know because my inherent good heart makes my comment stand out and I take time to shine the light and show love that is if the thread topic or others did not piss me off and have me calling them "Motherfuckers" and stuff. Hahaha 😍😁😘😘, Hey, the kisses are for Linda not for you.I will send you another one next time. By the way Linda your pics the other day were WOW! I didn't comment because I don't like to follow the crowd so I am commenting on them here. That same picture that got Don Jazzy's attention got my attention too. Lovely pics there. I hope Jazzy gets lucky to get your attention, I was sending you a husband through email and you didn't even mind or thank me. Wishing you your heart's desire Babe.
