A section of a highway overpass collapsed onto an
expressway in Oklahoma City after it was struck by a semi-truck.
According to the city's fire department, a truck driving on the
Northwest Expressway hit the bridge, causing a portion of it to
collapse.
The semi-truck and its driver were trapped under the
debris, but police said he didn't get injured. All lanes of the
Expressway were immediately shut down and according to Oklahoma City
spokeswoman. Kristy Yager, it will remain closed until further notice.

nawa o so this kinda low standard bridge still dey for obodo America, if na Naija now dem go say corrupt country, thank God no live was lost sha
Shut up. Who told u it's low quality bridge? These are prefabricated bridges that were brought and placed on top of pillars. The tractor trailer must have hit it at high speed causing the bridge to shift from the pillars. No matter how strong a bridge is, if it is hit by more force than it can withstand, it must fall. If that bridge were to be of low quality, u would've seen the debris all over the place. So, don't that about what u barely have knowledge of.
So its not only in Naija that substandard materials are used
