1.       Production Manager: LP0001

Location: Lagos

Responsibility:

·         Planning and organizing production schedules;

·         Assessing project and resources requirements;

·         Supervising the work of junior staff;

·         Determining quality control standards;

·         Overseeing production processes.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree; study in food science or manufacturing engineering is recommended; Previous experience in food production or experience in a supervisory role preferred.

2.      Marketing Communications Officer: LP0002

Location: Abuja

Responsibility:

·         To support the marketing manager and teams with the design of marketing materials such as flyers, banners and adverts;

·         To be responsible for the administration of marketing and communications activities, including newsletters, promotions, exhibitions and PR campaigns;

·         Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for effective work delivery;

·         developing interactive design;

·         System maintenance: resolving hardware and software problems.

Qualification

Adequate qualification in Computer Software with Graphic Design Skills, Photoshop, Layout Skills, Creative Services, Desktop Publishing Tools.

3.      Supervisor – Sales and Marketing: LP0003

Location: Lagos

Responsibility:

·         Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals;

·         Responsible for overall management of all strategic and operational marketing, customer relationship activities;

·         Develop, review and report on business development strategies;

Qualification:

A bachelor's degree is the minimum level of education necessary with adequate years of experience.

4.      Store Manager: LP0004.

Responsibility:

• Attend to customers;
• Ensure adequate store keeping;
• Drive sales;

5.      Marketing Manager: LP0005

Location: Abuja

Responsibility:

• Identify potential market;
• Oversee New Product Introductions;
• Develop Pricing Strategies;
• Supervise Marketing Executives.

6.      Branch Manager: LP0006

Location: Lagos

Responsibility:

• Administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety.

Qualification:

A bachelor’s degree in Administration or equivalent; with adequate years of experience in the industry.

10.   Assistant General Manager – Business Development: LP0010

Location: Abuja

Responsibility:

• Assisting the General Manager in Supervising and overseeing the general marketing/sales and operations;
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations;
• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Adding to organizational revenue at a specific timescale schedule.
