I once had an encounter with a fat woman on a bus. I got the last seat and half my butt had nowhere to rest. The womanon the first seat was large and had more than her fair share of space. This was obviously unfair to me but I didn’t see what I could do,that wouldn’t embarrass her. She must have been aware she was inconveniencing the rest of usbecause she kept pretending to move.

Ok listen,To everybody that wants to lose weight! The easiest & fastest way is to watch what you eat and stay away from red meat. Simple as that! You won't see results even if you exercise or use all these products and you're still on the same diet...This is common sense!
